Matthew has over 20 years senior management experience in private, public and third sector including being Chief Executive of the Lord’s Taverners and M&C Saatchi Sponsorship.

We delve into his journey and the things that helped him to become successful including authenticity and learning to be a leader . Matthew talks about his journey from starting with his first job as a tea boy in an agency to now sitting in City Hall.

The Mayor’s Fund for London is a social mobility charity which supports young disadvantaged Londoners to gain employment to beat the challenges that surround them. We delve into this topic towards the end to see how we can create success for future generations.
